- The organising committee will suggest an indicative list of hotels on the convention website, where the delegates may book their accommodation on their own.The OC will NOT make any booking on behalf of delegates.
- Though the convention is in MGS,the delegates will be accommodated in the cantonment area of Varanasi. The cantt. area is situated 17kms from MGS. During the convention period (9th & 10th), bus pick up & drop facility for delegates to & fro BSB to the venue will be made available from the cantt. area.
- Most hotels are in the vicinity of Varanasi Junction. The OC will arrange for pick up & drop at places near the hotels close to the station during the convention period. However this does not restrict any delegate to book hotels other than the indicative list that will be provided on the convention website. Delegates booking hotels than those near Varanasi junction will have to travel to the boarding points (boarding points will be notified on the website at a later date) on their own. This includes hotels Alka & Ganpati Guest House.
- Since Varanasi is a very busy tourist destination,it is advised that the delegates should start booking at the earliest. It is a suggestion that the delegates forms a group & carries out hotel bookings.
- Please also note that hotel tariffs will be revised from 1st October,2012 onwards.
- Delegates are advised to reconfirm hotel tariffs at the time of actual bookings.
